The Estéreo Picnic Festival will take place from March 25 to 27 with a long-awaited lineup full of outstanding national and international artists. Attendees are waiting for the “Comeback” of the event, which for this edition will have the Cashless service with which they can load their entrance handle to make purchases inside the Briceño 18 Golf Course, where the musical encounter will take place.
To use the system, it is necessary to activate the handle at the link: festivalestereopicnic.com/handles. The event recommends saving the serial number that is possible to find on the back of the handle and also record it, since “in case of any problem it will be of vital importance to be able to offer you better technical support and resolve any unforeseen events”.
It should be said that if the manila is lost, the new one will cost an additional $35,000 COP. For those who have a General Individual ticket, they must claim their Cashless handle at the Yellow Tickets sales points located in Sanchez on Calle 85 No. 12-25 or 53B Street No. 25-21 at the Galerías Local 1063 Shopping Center, Exit 6 on race 27. You can also receive it when you enter the Festival and if you do not receive it you can claim it at the Cashless Points distributed at the Briceño 18 Golf Course on the three days of the event.
From now on, the handles can be loaded, receiving a bonus of 10% of the value. This preload must have a minimum of $30,000 COP. The value of the bonus is non-refundable and this balance can only be spent within the festival.

During the event it is also possible to top up Cashless Points using credit, debit card and/or cash. “There is no minimum charge amount during the Festival. Download the official FEP App to find the closest point to your location at the Festival. During the days of the Festival, the on-line preload platform will NOT be enabled and you can only recharge your handle at the Cashless points of the Briceño 18 i″/i Golf Course, specified the FEP.
Attendees should also keep in mind that the cost of a product cannot be divided between several people, meaning that only one handle can be used to make the same purchase. What viewers can do is approach Cashless charging points and request to transfer money from one handle to another.
It is also important to know that if you have a Combos or VIP handle it will not be possible to replace it and if they are generic on an individual day, it is possible to request another one at the Service Points, but the balance of the handle will be cancelled from the system. If the handle is altered, removed or in case of loss or theft it will be cancelled.
If at the end of the festival there is a balance left on the handle, you can request it from March 28 to April 1, 2022 at 11:59pm at www.festivalestereopicnic.com/returns. The deposit will be made to the bank account registered between April 2 and 15, and the transaction will cost $8,000 COP, by commission of the bank, which will be debited from the balance to be refunded.
