Millman, who currently ranks 78th in the ATP world rankings, made his debut in 2006 and has since played a total of 252 matches with a record of 115 wins and 137 losses.

In the second set of the match between Galán and Millman, the Colombian started by taking the 4-2 lead in the fifth game of the engagement and showed the strength he had in previous qualifying matches, just as he did against American Martin Damm and Argentina's Nicolás Kicker.

The 5-2 of the match soon reached the slate in a perfect game for the bumangués athlete, who sentenced practically the entire game in one hour and 16 minutes of competition.

Finally, the second set of the match was sealed with a result of 6-2 in favor of Galán and the Santandereano celebrated his ticket to the second phase where the best 64 competitors of the championship will be after a vibrant hour and 22 minutes of play.

It should be recalled that today Galán participated in the round of best 128 tennis players and with his twenty-sixth professional title he will now face Kazakh tennis player Alexander Búblik, number 33 in the world and who has just fallen in the sixteenth finals of the Indian Wells Open in California.
