Vehicles intended for traffic control and cranes that provide the service to the District Transit and Road Safety Secretariat of Barranquilla and the insurers that deal with accidents and/or traffic accidents, duly identified as such.

Vehicles authorized for the transport of securities, official service and diplomatic vehicles, vehicles intended for the provision of private surveillance and escort services, duly identified as such and during the performance of the service.

Hearses: vehicles with armor equal to or greater than level three (3), those of the duly identified media and those intended for the exclusive transport of loading and unloading, during the provision of the respective service (Includes vehicles carrying structural elements for assembly of boxes) .
