After the various displays of discontent and disdain against Felipe Angeles International Airport (AIFA), Mexico City's Minister of the Interior, Martí Batres, wrote another mocking comment against his retractors.
After AIFA opened its doors to take office, negative comments have arisen in large numbers, including those who argue that the airport is a mediocre work or that it is a “gray work”, referring to the fact that its construction has not yet been completed.
Likewise, there were those who positioned themselves in favor of the new installations arguing that it was a “work of art”, like businessman Carlos Slim, although they have pointed out that this opinion comes from his alliance with President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO).
Although several of these arguments have been dismissed due to the classism that has prevailed among those who call the AIFA a backlog and which is not close to the first world.
For this reason, the Secretary of Government posted on his official Twitter account that he enjoyed reading the criticism of the airport and assured that the president has only dazzled with the works during his efforts.
“The more I read to its critics, the more I enjoy the airport in Sta Lucia. “Zumpango Airport,” someone said. “Not all works should be for the people,” said another. The truth is that the Tabasqueño who dazzled them 20 years ago with the second floor, now did it with the airport”, wrote the official.
The comment earned him numerous criticisms against AIFA, in addition to the second floor of the peripheral, as some users mentioned that both works were made with materials of dubious quality, as well as with opaque contracts.
Similarly, the publication is complemented by the publication made on March 21 in which he applauded President López Obrador for the completion of the project unlike former presidents Vicente Fox, Felipe Calderón and Enrique Peña Nieto.
“Three presidents wanted to close the airports in Mexico City and Santa Lucia to build one on dispossession, ecocide and corruption. None of them could. Today the feat is achieved to have a new airport in Santa Lucia, keeping those in Mexico City and Toluca.” In response, they pointed out that one could not be proud of an airport that did not have water in its bathrooms.
In this vein, another discussion arose because of the alleged coverage given by journalist Azucena Uresti, who posted a video on her official Twitter account of a woman which sold tlayudas inside the airport.
The issue transcended because López Obrador screened the conductor's publication at his morning conference and noted that she covered the issue in a discriminatory manner against street vendors: “The main note was that a lady was selling tlayudas with a contempt, which Mexico hardly knows, the cultures of our country”.
For her part, the journalist remarked that she had not submitted any class commentary against anyone and that she did not use any qualifiers or judgments. He also took the opportunity to recall that AMLO had to present the evidence against him for the statements against him.
“Where in the twit do you read the classism of which you accuse me? I reported what was happening without qualifications or judgments By the way, President, I am still waiting for the evidence of everything that has accused me”
