Julián Figueroa, son of Maribel Guardia, was questioned about the inheritance of his father Joan Sebastian, who since his regrettable death on July 13, 2015 in Teacalco, Morelos, has continued with various issues that do not allow each of his heirs to obtain what was written in his last will. Without thinking twice, he completely doubted that more than 6 years later this 2022 will be the “good year”.

In an interview on his arrival at the airport in Mexico City, various media outlets addressed the 27-year-old singer-songwriter and performer who not only gave his opinion about the heritage, but was also surprisingly questioned about the recent controversy of his brother José Manuel Figueroa and Ana Bárbara. In a very kind way and trying to be as frank as possible, he answered everything.

The net I don't know. That's a lot of things, isn't it? , we have been doing this for a long time, well I don't know where we are going because we have really been doing this for so long and so many years that...”, said the singer - his career godfather was the same King of the Jaripeo - of songs like El Primer Tonto, Yo Seria, Pídeme and more songs from the Mexican regional.

Julián Figueroa assured that regardless of the subject of inheritance that does not seem to have a close or prosperous outcome, his father taught him to work very hard for the things he wants in life and that is the best he could have left him, that being the true, non-material, inheritance that I could have personally.

“What is clear to me is that what my dad taught me was to work, to be a brave man, to be a man who fights for the welfare of his family and to use my own talent, and the rest whether it is solved or not (he makes faces that he doesn't care), well I hope he does, but if it doesn't take away my sleep,” he added.

Ana Bárbara was recently questioned about José Manuel Figueroa's recent statements in some videos, where she can be heard hinting that he is the author of the song Fruta Prohibida, even though legally the daughter of Don Antero Ugalde was registered as its creator since its release in 2021. Therefore, it is now his younger brother who has his opinion on the subject.

“Well, now Ana Bárbara is an excellent composer who has so many successes in this life and I admire her very much. On the other hand, José Manuel is also a good composer, he is a great composer. What I can tell you is that honestly he is very capable of composing his own songs, but because Ana wouldn't have to lie about a song, when he has so many hits which would be weird,” he said.

A few days ago, Ana Bárbara responded to the cameras of Venga La Alegría that she did not know about the video, but that was her intention or with those words she had attributed the authorship of a song she wrote, as well as many other hits that belong to her musical collection or even to other artists, in the end she regretted that I could not recognize that this was a macho attitude, since women are also capable of creating, composing, even being executive producers of their artistic projects.

“I need to see him to give you the exact information or my point of view, but if that was what he said, that is, with those words, that this song was his because what it provokes me is machismo,” he said.
