After you have entered the Regulariza Auto Online Appointment System, you will need to enter the following documents:

1. CURP

2. Vehicular title

3. Official identification

4. Proof of address

5. Series of the vehicle to be legalized

You will also need to download and print the Manifesto Under Protest of Telling the Truth to stamp your signature and then generate the capture line to make the payment. You can obtain this format by clicking on the following link: https://www.gob.mx/cms/uploads/attachment/file/710351/MANIFIESTO_DECIR_VERDAD_v2.pdf

Subsequently, the interested parties will be assigned an appointment in the modules designated for the regularization of the vehicle, and you will be given a voucher, the document of which will be used to make the payment stipulated in the decree, which will be 2 thousand 500 pesos and which, according to President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), will be collected for the improvement of the country's roads and roads.

“That money that is going to come in, which is cooperation because it is not about charging much either; it is an average of 2 thousand 3 thousand pesos is what regularization has to cost as analyzed. That will remain to improve the streets and that there are not so many potholes, it will not be collected by the federation, but it will remain in the states and municipalities, but we have to hurry,” said the Tabasqueño last January.

Once you have completed the above steps, you must take your car to the appropriate Tax Office according to your location and state of residence. It is important to point out that the appointment procedure is free, so no person, association or manager can ask you for money to schedule an appointment or carry out the procedure on your behalf. In addition, the procedure is personal and non-transferable.

At the beginning of 2022, the Tabasqueño admitted that there is a delay in the process of regularizing the so-called “chocolate cars” in the north of the country. This is despite the fact that since last year the decree was issued to regulate them. As a result, he called on the officials responsible for carrying out this task to hurry to resolve the backlog.

“It is a decision of our public servants, the secretary of the interior must hurry, the legal adviser, the secretary of economy and the mechanism must be established with the states so that regularization is no longer delayed,” he commented during his morning conference on the 6th of january.
