Mexico is not listed! They only have the taco as their flag plate, nor is it, it is like an entrance. But hey...

I went to Arequipa, and the stuffed rocoto and the ceviche of the best foods I ate in my life

Peru yes, Mexico can be argued

Yes, Peruvian cuisine is good but only in seafood and fish.

But the best food is Italian because of its tradition, culture and passion. Which is based on the Mediterranean diet with a variety of ingredients.

Mexico doesn't know dishes that don't have tortillas and in Peru they eat pigeons so... XDD

I don't know the Mexican Rick, but the Peruvian one anyway.

I've heard a lot of good things about Peruvian food, I've never tasted it. As a Mexican, I hope to try it at some point.

A Mole, a pozole, Zacahuil de la huasteca, all the different types of tacos, mondongo, barbecue, birria, tlayudas, roasted carnitas, pacifico style seafood like governor tacos, Marlin toasts. Also meat in its juice, tamales and cochinita pibil.

The one in Mexico I believe you, but in Peru I have my doubts, it is very difficult for me to believe that a country where the hamster's cousins are eaten has good cuisine.

In Latin America I prefer Chilean, Bolivian or Brazilian food to Mexican food... very overrated. Peruvian food is one of the best in the world and the best in America.

Argentinian Gastronomy>>>Any country in Latin America.

I tried Peruvian food and that tasted like Chinese food from Colombia or food when my mom was too lazy to do something tasty.

We are not only tacos, although with that we put it to everyone, we have everything from dishes based on seafood, meat, corn. Even chilies and legumes xD. There are actually an infinite number of dishes and mixes that go from north to south, each region with its own twist.

Even the channel Enchufe TV made a comment questioning why it doesn't mention Ecuadorian food.
