'Until we meet again', the first Peruvian film recorded for Netflix, was released on March 18 and the questions against the script and direction of the film were not they have kept waiting; however, they have also criticized Stephanie Cayo's performance.

Especially on Twitter, the Peruvian actress has received harsh comments for her participation in the national production, as many claimed that she did not represented the culture that exists in our country when we live abroad.

For this reason, Stephanie Cayo decided to break her silence and through her Instagram account she responded to all her detractors. “With regard to Twitter criticism, I reiterate: Get off Twitter and get to work, or make another film. Let's go! We do need that, more Peruvians doing beautiful things for our country,” he said.

After this brief statement, the actress's mother, Ana Sanguinetti, also came out to defend her, noting that all people who are only dedicated to criticizing her, should get to work to improve film productions.

Yes, please, we ask the unruly and bad-tempered Twitter users to get to work (that helps guys), especially not to waste time,” he commented on his Facebook account.

Let us remember that Stephanie Cayo in her statement also supported Bruno Ascenzo, who was in charge of directing the film, as he was accused of not being original in his scripts.

Better start doing things for yourself and leave my friend Bruno alone, who is a wonderful writer and director. I repeat, if you are going to talk, show me something that you have done, (something in) that you have sacrificed your life, that you have fought for years and then we talk. Nobody gave us anything. Get to work,” he said.

STEPHANIE CAYO RESPONDS TO FILMMAKER

Juan Limo asked Stephanie Cayo to have a little more tolerance for the criticism she has been receiving and the film 'Until we meet again'. According to the filmmaker, she should understand people's indignation at wanting to receive a good product.

How do I explain to you, Stephanie Cayo, that my friends and I have been trying to make an animated film for years. And Netflix gives you the opportunity only with the sole merit of belonging to the audiovisual ring. A little more humility would make you understand the criticism better,” he said.

This comment was not taken well by the Peruvian actress, who responded to her with everything and asked her to focus on her projects. “Focus on yourself and keep feeding your mind on positive things because character and endurance have a lot to do with this race,” he said.
