According to investigations conducted by a prosecutor at the Valle del Cauca Victim Care Center, the captured man who calls himself William Loaiza Segura, was sent to prison and must answer for the crime of sexual acts with a minor under 14 years of age.

The victims of this alleged abuser would be approximately between 5,8,10 and 13 years of age, and are of Venezuelan nationality. The events were reportedly perpetrated between October and November 2021.

According to information collected by the authorities, the subject invited minors to watch television at his home, which is located in the rural area of the municipality of Restrepo. There he would have performed touching of the victims' private parts.

In the same way, it was known that William Loaiza offered the girls sweets, food or clothing so that they could remain silent and accede to their pretensions. This was stated by Diana Hernández, sectional director of the Valle del Cauca Prosecutor's Office.
