For his part, the inquiries revealed that Pedro Luis Caicedo, alias El Taxista, would be the one who contacted Ambuila Martínez and transported him in a vehicle to the place where the uniformed were.
While alias Mauricio and alias Brayner, participated in the design and planning of the attack, they played their own roles during the attack with the explosive device. The arrests of the defendants were made on March 18, 2022, during search and search operations carried out by agents of the Sijin of the Metropolitan Police in coordination with a specialized prosecutor.
