Guns N' Roses in Lima: How to redeem tickets purchased in 2020 for the new date in October?

You are probably one of thousands of Guns N' Roses fans who were disappointed by the cancellation of the concert scheduled in Lima for the 24th November 2020. If this is your case and you plan to attend the concert that the American band will give this October 8 at the San Marcos Stadium, then read on.

As you remember, the rock group's show ended up being canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. After long months of waiting, One Entertainment offered several options for the respective cashback, these being the following:

1. A credit equal to 130% of the ticket value for another show.

2. The refund of 60% of the value of the ticket in cash and another 50% in credit for another concert.

3. Redemption of the ticket for the same value for the KISS show.

4. 100% cash back after 45 days after the State authorizes mass concerts.

If you chose one of the first three options or never asked for a redemption due to the illusion that Guns N' Roses will return one day, then we bring you good news because tickets purchased in 2020 will work for this new date.

It is worth noting that if you want to see Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan on stage, you must obtain a new ticket through an exchange and approval process with Teleticket. This is what you should do.

HOW TO REDEEM TICKETS FOR THE NEW DATE OF GUNS N' ROSES?

From Tuesday, March 22, you must send a message to the following email: servicioalcliente@teleticket.com.pe. This is if you want to attend the new date of Guns N'Roses 2022 or want to keep one of the previously selected alternatives.

OPTION A: To use the 130% bonus for the new date of Guns N'Roses, write from the same email address you used to register your option, indicating in the subject line: ONE005 REDEMPTION A.

OPTION B: To use the 50% bonus for the new date of Guns N'Roses, write from the same email address you used to register your option, indicating in the subject line: ONE005 REDEMPTION B.

OPTION C: Write from the same email address you used to register your option indicating whether you want to keep your ticket for the KISS concert or wish to attend the new date of Guns N'Roses, indicating in the subject line: ONE005 REDEMPTION C.

OPTION D: Write from the same email address you used to register your option indicating whether you want to maintain your cashback decision or wish to attend the new Guns N'Roses date, indicating in the subject line: ONE005-PRDD.
