Climbing as therapy, against depression or anxiety

Scaling requires strength, coordination and some value. According to psychotherapist Thomas Lukowski, it is a sport that can be part of therapy, with surprisingly good results many times. Patients with anxiety disorders or depression can improve their well-being with therapeutic escalation, says the expert.
