The pandemic left a lesson: the most important thing about doing vocational training is not to take it face-to-face or virtually, but that its forms of learning and content adapt to what the labor market is really needing. And since it also changed during the same pandemic, it forced schools to adapt quickly.

Along these lines, the Torcuato Di Tella University (UTDT), located in the province of Buenos Aires, adjusted the Open Programs it created in 2015 to what users now need. The institution burst into new forms of online courses, but without losing sight of the wealth of networking and the applicability offered by a face-to-face meeting.

Open Programs differ from undergraduate and postgraduate careers because they promote a different learning model without the formality of evaluation and where teachers take the role of facilitators. Its objectives are to promote the development of participants from the work experience they bring to improve their skills and that they return enriched to their professional practice.

In this sense, the programs share general characteristics, since all of them have as their ultimate goal to promote professional development through knowledge and acquisition of tools according to the labor market, businesses and organizations. They offer methodologies for dealing with increasingly competitive areas, as well as updated notions regarding new management models and ways of understanding the customer or user.

Open Programs are one of the modalities of training in the Executive Education Area of the UTDT, which aim to train in the most relevant topics of the organizational behavior of the business world.
