Gamergy: Furious Gaming CS:GO team secured their participation in the face-to-face event

La Calavera and WINDINGO have already confirmed their attendance at the big April event in Counter-Strike

The long-running Argentinian esports organization, Furious Gaming, took a very important first step with its new CS:GO squad by confirming its qualification in the Gamergy Argentina face-to-face tournament. The three-day event — which will take place at the Tecnópolis venue (Buenos Aires, Argentina) from April 15 to 17 — will feature different competitions for fans to watch League of Legends, Free Fire, CS:GO, VALORANT and Rocket League crossings.

The Argentina edition will be the first edition of Gamergy in the region and in this first year it will also land in Santiago de Chile from May 6 to 8 and Mexico City from August 26 to 28.

La Calavera won the second open qualifier and thus secured one of the places together with WINDINGO, the champions of the first edition. The roster — composed of Laser, ABM, KAISER, Andrew, TIKO and NCH in the role of coach — beat Team Cruelty 2-1 in the last instance, while PriMat and WAP Esports fell in the semifinals.

It is a roster with outstanding talents who went through different local projects and that still has a long way to go. But that had an encouraging start and was already accompanied by optimistic signs.
