The wait for lovers of survival reality shows is over. Resistiré will hit the screens of MTV this Monday, March 21 at 21:00 -Mexico- with a new season that promises not only to be different from its first installment, but even to be superior to other programs with the same theme since in the voice of some of its members it was ensured that everything that like the public will be present.

Under the leadership of Faisy and Estefanía Ahumada, a group of personalities and athletes will compete for the grand prize of half a million dollars. The 16 celebrities and influencers will be “abandoned” in an unknown location in Colombia without food, shelter, shelter, or the possibility of communication with the outside world.

They will have to find shelter and survive by properly managing half a million dollars in cash. Every dollar spent on food, tools and luxuries during their stay will be deducted from the grand prize in the final. They must hold out as a team and reach the final of the competition to win the juicy cash prize that they have managed together.

The participants will be divided into two teams: orange and blue. In the midst of isolation and deprivation, they must work as a team, win physical challenges and prevent their members from being eliminated. In addition, it will be key to avoid falling into “temptations and luxuries” so as not to deduct money from the large collective sum and to be able to win the largest sum in the final episode.

“This is different, obviously they are going to have a little bit of Brenda explosive, angry and fights boys, a lot of fights. You are going to see many surprises, I tell you that this season has nothing to do with the first one, that is one reason why it has to do with it [...] everything you saw in 1 is different from the 2 because the personalities of each one are different,” said Brenda Zambrano, who after being part of several seasons in Acapulco Shore will make its reality debut promising to exceed all expectations that may be had of her.

For her part, Alba Zepeda was not only happy to be doubly on the air with the ninth season of the Shore Family and Resistiré 2, she even confessed that she could not swim, so she had to undergo classes to improve everything that could have her at a disadvantage with her teammates: “I don't know how to swim ha ha ha ha ha then I had very little time to prepare, but there every day I tried to do the best I could to survive,” he said.

Fernando Lozada is part of the male talent that in this new television adventure will seek not only to win the incredible prize but also to show that he is a great athlete: “I think the most terrible thing here is that we know ourselves a lot and we know others a lot, so there in those days of recording really they knew me more than many friends of mine that I have been dealing with for years, because there you are 100% exposed and you become very vulnerable too,” he added.

Kim Shantal and Robbie Mora return to the sign of Paramount+ after a successful season within The Revenge of the Former Vips and expressed their happiness at participating in a project like this: “They are going to see me in all facets, but they did my best and I know that they will be very excited to see me in this format because apart from being part of my wish list 'I want to live a survival reality show', because I challenged myself and I'm going to leave them with a good taste in their mouths,” Shantal said.

My experience was great and beautiful because despite the fact that I had some friction even with those of my own team, I had an incredible time. The thing about not eating well or resting is strong but from there on the outside what they saw in the Vengeance they will see me doing it here too,” said Mora.
