Deputy Serapio Vargas de Morena undressed to promote next nudist beach

A video circulated through social networks in which he describes the plans that an official has regarding a portion of land on the beach that has not been occupied so far, and which could house a nudist beach.

Deputy Serapio Vargas appears in the video, where he explained that the so-called Playa de los Bichis or Bichis Beach will be created, specifically divided into an area for people over 60 years old, and another for the LGBT community.

However, he also added that one of the sections around Isla Cortes will be specifically for a nudist beach, where all those who require it can enter.

So far, it has not been declared to be a joke or to have been an ironic way of referring to the land of at least two hectares, and even the video was finished when the deputy took off his clothes.

According to Vargas himself, “nudity makes us all the same, clothes make us different”, his main guide to developing this idea, which “will be a magnet of attraction for people from Sonora, Mexico, Europe and the United States”.

“The project is a reality, we already have the sea, we already have the beach, we already have the area developed, we already have the bay and we are hopeful that a project like this will catapult Altata,” he said.

Serapio Vargas Ramírez is part of the Morena National Regeneration Movement (Morena) bench in the local Congress of the State of Sinaloa during the most recent legislature, representing District 18 of Culiacán.

Within the committees, he is currently a member of the Library, Parliamentary Culture and Editorial Affairs, and of Protocol and Internal Organic Regime.

In addition, he serves as secretary of the Commission on Water Resources, and is chairman of the Committee on Agricultural Affairs.

Among the positions he has held, he stands out as Legal Adviser to the Independent Campesino Central of Sinaloa, and that of Secretary of Agrarian Affairs at the same center, and later became external adviser to the General Secretariat of the local Government.

He had already tried to become a deputy on two occasions, the first in 2006 as a candidate of the PRD-PT-Convergence coalition, and the other in 2012 for the New Alliance Party, but he had not succeeded.

The graduate in Law and Social Sciences from the Autonomous University of Sinaloa was also a member of the Consumer Advisory Council of Profeco, as well as founder president and candidate of the Independent Party of Sinaloa and secretary of the Mexico-Venezuela Chamber of Commerce.

He also highlights in his resume that he was an advisor to the mayor of Navolato, he was even a deputy federal deputy in 1997 and recently appointed as the national leader of the Maize Product System.

“I have full confidence that through teamwork, we will achieve greater profitability for Sinaloa corn producers,” he assured during his appointment with the support of producers of the product.

Among the policies that Deputy Vargas has promoted, for example, is the decree amending article 50 of the State Drinking Water and Sewerage Law, where a 50% discount was made official for pensioners, pensioners, disabled people and older adults in Sinaloa.
