Vanessa Guzman explained how anxiety caused her problems with other actors

After being criticized by her peers for her behavior on soap opera sets, Vanessa Guzman gave her side of the story and confessed that it was her anxiety that led her to have misunderstandings with her colleagues.

Actors such as Cynthia Klitbo, Violeta Isfel and René Strickler have publicly singled out Vanessa Guzman for allegedly being a troubled person when it came to recording soap operas, to which she has revealed that she was going through a very difficult situation.

After years of moving away from the small screen, Guzmán finally revealed in El gordo y la flaca that during his time in soap operas he suffered from severe anxiety, which caused him to have effects on his behavior, which affected his relationship with other actors.

She also explained that anxiety caused many symptoms mainly when she was with many people, which soon made her feel uncomfortable in scenes where she had to shoot with several actors.

“In big scenes, call it weddings, parties, where many extras participate, where we are all the cast, it is suddenly feeling all that, obviously that moment unleashed anxiety, this trembling of not knowing why? , that lack of breath,” recalled the bodybuilder today.

The situation with her anxiety symptoms pushed her to want to get away from everyone and cause her colleagues to see her as a rude person, because she just wanted to be alone to vent feelings that she didn't know why they were imprisoning her.

“Not knowing how to control, because for all that there is a process, exercises, regardless of the drug, it obviously generates a retraction, so the first thing you do is almost run out and hide and stay in your dressing room and not go out and not live together and not socialize, because sometimes it is to lock yourself up and get cry without knowing why you were crying,” explained the actress.

Today, Vanessa Guzmán said she felt fulfilled and calm, as she was diagnosed and properly treated for her anxiety. Now, she is focused on continuing to put all her efforts into bodybuilding competitions.

In September 2021, the controversy over the criticism of the way the actress behaved during the recordings of soap operas such as Dare to dream, gained strength again as René Strickler confessed that asked the producer of that melodrama to kill his character, because he no longer wanted to continue working with Guzmán.

It was on the Confessions program that Strickler revealed that, despite the bad experience he had working with Vanessa, they currently have a good relationship as colleagues, because years later she sought him out to apologize for his behavior.

As she said, Vanessa was going through a difficult situation because she had little time to give birth and that was seriously affecting her emotional health.

However, based on this, the public resumed the statements of Cynthia Klitbo and Violeta Isfel, who years earlier also had pointed out their companion in Dare to dream for not “being able to touch her”.
