INGREDIENTS

-200 gr of unsalted butter at room temperature

-3 cups granulated white sugar

-6 eggs at room temperature

-3 cups of unprepared flour

-1 cup of milk cream at room temperature

-1 teaspoon vanilla essence

-½ teaspoon of salt

PREPARATION

1. The first thing we will do is have all the ingredients ready to prepare our dessert. Now, we preheat the oven to 350°F or 180°C. Remember that all ingredients must be at room temperature.

2. We butter a mold with a hole of 26 cm in diameter. Then, we cut butter paper with a hole in the center and place it on the bottom of the mold and butter it as well.

3. Sprinkle some flour to verify that the mold is well buttered.

4. We sift the dry ingredients that are flour and salt.

5. We place the unsalted butter and sugar in the mixer and start beating so that they are integrated.

6. On the other hand, we beat the eggs with a wire whisk until the yolks come together.

7. Now, add the eggs, vanilla essence, flour and milk cream to the mixer. We put the flour with the cream of milk, putting one of each.

8. Once all the ingredients have been properly integrated, pour the mixture into the mold and put in the preheated oven for a minimum of an hour.

9. We wait for the cake to be cold to unmold it, since if it is hot it can be broken.

10. We decorate with powdered sugar, fruit or chantilly cream if we want to give it the appearance of vanilla cake.
