A 51-year-old man was detained in recent hours, accused of sexually abusing a schoolmate of his son while he was staying at his home in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Nueva Pompeii.
The alleged child molester was arrested this weekend by the staff of the Crimes Against Health and Personal Safety Division of the City Police, in an investigation to find out the whereabouts of the man in charge of the National Criminal and Correctional Court No. 7.
Through different investigative tasks, the members of the Buenos Aires force managed to find their location. Thus, and following the judge's order, the man was arrested during a search at his house in 1500 Santa Catalina Street, in the neighborhood of Nueva Pompeii, where the man was taking refuge after being accused of sexually abusing a minor, a friend of his son.
According to the complaint, the sexual assault would have occurred while the minor remained in the care of the accused, since he had had a strong argument with his mother and had gone to live temporarily with his schoolmate. At that time, according to the accusation against him, the accused performed inappropriate touching of the victim and performed oral sex.
The man was transferred to the Alcaidía 1 Bis of the City Police, where he was placed at the disposal of the Justice. During the arrest operation, his cell phone was also hijacked, which will be inspected in search of items for the investigation
This Friday, the DDI of Quilmes stopped the two children's football coaches Omar and Diego G. , father and son, accused of grooming and sexual abuse of minors.
Although the allegations are several, at the moment they have three formal complaints against them one for harassment and two for rape of minors aged 13 and 15.
The cause began the week before, when a woman publicly shared the chats that the oldest DT, Omar (53), had with her 13-year-old daughter. “You're better than eating dulce de leche with a spoon,” said one of the messages. “Do you know what image was left in my head? That little dress you went to the court in. Did you have a less tail?” , he tells her in another of the conversations he had with the girl.
“We are talking about two people who made an entire team victims. Some directly and others indirectly. But they were all subdued by these two people. They had a scaffolding set up to perpetrate the crimes,” said prosecutor Ichazo on Radio La Red's MP 910 program.
According to the investigators, the two defendants had different techniques to “isolate” the players from their parents. On the one hand, they had a WhatsApp group with them in which parents were not allowed to be present.
On the other hand, they took advantage of a measure taken by the AFA during the pandemic that prohibited the presence of parents during training. This rule is practically no longer used anywhere, however they had extended it.
In addition to that complaint was another woman who accused Diego G. of sexually abusing her daughter and then another by a 21-year-old girl who indicated that at 11 she had also been a victim of him.
