The Electoral Tribunal of the Judiciary of the Federation (TEPJF) imposed a fine of 118 million 507 thousand 808.25 pesos to the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM) for failing to respect the electoral ban in the elections of last June 2021

The Regional Specialized Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Federation Judiciary (TEPJF) applied an economic sanction to the Green Party for having made electoral propaganda through influencers.

After characters such as Bárbara de Regil, Sherlyn, Raúl Araiza, among others spoke out on their social networks in favor of Green, the Electoral Tribunal authorities concluded that the political organization did not comply with the electoral law and that the democratic process was put at risk.
