In an over-offered housing market like never before, there are options for all budgets. Of the more than 119,000 properties for sale offered on different specialized portals, dozens of very select and sought-after departments stand out.
In different top neighborhoods of CABA, the French-style ones stand out, the modern ones, those that were recently renovated, and those that are part of the towers of Puerto Madero, the area with the highest appraisals just steps from the river, among others.
They are aimed at a high-end audience and are very well designed properties that look like those that are brand new, being recently recycled with avant-garde details in order to tempt demanding demand.
From the list below are 5 units that are positioned among the most expensive currently marketed by different companies in the Real Estate sector. Although they are ultra-luxurious because of the ups and downs of our economy and the fluctuations of the exchange rate, between 2021 and the present their prices fell by between 5 and 10 percent.
1 - Posadas al 1600 - USD 5.200.000
It has 489 m2 and is located in front of the Plaza San Martín de Tours. With 10 rooms and two garages, there are $75,500 of expenses paid.
