Content creator Chumel Torres confronted television presenter Estefanía Veloz on social media over alleged misogynistic comments that the youtuber has done.
Through his Twitter account, Veloz described the Chihuahuan comedian as an “indefensible and misogynistic” person, and who, he assured, uses people's personal lives to attack them, without arguments to debate.
In another message, the ally of the Movimiento Regeneración Nacional party (Morena) added that she is not interested in continuing to talk about “that person”, because, in addition, she has blocked her from the social network for a long time.
The comment did not go unnoticed by the driver of El Pulso de la República, who defended himself by arguing that he is not a misogynistic person, does not get involved in anyone's life and is not interested in debating on the social network.
Their confrontation comes shortly after the content creator lashed out at the Morenovista Andrea Chavez Treviño, after announcing that the deputies of the cherry party will impeach the councillors of the National Electoral Institute (INE), Lorenzo Córdova and Ciro Murayama, for alleged abuses of freedom of expression.
Given this, the youtuber shared the publication and asked, on behalf of the Chihuahuans, an apology to the country.
“An apology for Andrea Chavez. Not all Chihuahuans like to murder democracy for a bone,” he wrote.
In the same publication, Torres shared the video of a rally at which Chavez Treviño expressed his support for Guerrero's pre-candidate for the governor, Felix Salgado Macedonio, accused of the crime of rape.
“In Guerrero there are many pains and they don't want these from the INE to be resolved. The councillors who set up their party, let them go now”, you hear them say in the audiovisual.
“Well, what can you expect from someone who came to support Salgado Macedonio? Again, sorry friends,” the driver of El Pulso de la República lashed out.
Minutes later, the Morenista replied to Chumel Torres' comment, because like him, Andrea Chavez apologized to Mexico for the birth of the comedian: “In the name of Chihuahua, sorry for Chumel.”
“Stop supporting rapists and then we'll talk,” the influencer replied.
Senator de Morena denounced Chumel Torres for political gender violence
It is worth remembering that the youtuber has been in the sights of supporters of the cherry party after the denunciation of Juarez Senator Bertha Caraveo, who reported on 14 March, the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) opened an investigation kit against the influencer for the crime of political gender violence.
“The FGR notified me that an investigation kit has been opened against Chumel T, while recognizing my status as a victim under the General Law on Victims for his sexist violence. I will keep going until dignity becomes a habit,” he wrote on his social network.
