Monotaxpayers of all categories should use exclusively electronic means to make payments of their liabilities, recalled the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) through its Twitter account.
Through electronic means, users can make payments without having to go to the collection institution. They can also pay through a Banelco or Link ATM, from the electronic banking of their bank; request automatic debit of the bank account or credit card fee, or pay by phone by calling their member card.
According to the tax body, face-to-face payment is authorized only for those registered in the Social Monotax, those associated with worker cooperatives and Promoted Independent Workers.
One by one, all available means of payment.
- Internet: you must enter with the tax code and generate the electronic payment leaflet VEP, through the CCMA service, Monotaxpayers and Self-Employed Current Account. It will specify the obligation to cancel and the data corresponding to CUIT, period, tax, concept, subconcept and amount. Subsequently, to pay the VEP, you must access the payment institution and select the option “AFIP Payments”. Payment can be made immediately after the generation of the VEP.
- Homebanking Link: to use this service, you must first use your debit card to ATMs that are on the same network as that card to obtain the access key.
- Banelco Network: the option “other operations” must be selected in order to obtain the access key. And then, payments can be made by going to the following link: http://www.pagomiscuentas.com.
- Provincia NET Payments Portal: through this platform, any type of tax can be paid in a face-to-face collection position. First of all, you have to register by creating a user and a password. Once logged in, the option to make “Invoice Payments” (if you have a barcode) or “Payments without invoices” will be available. In this last option, you must detail the service you want to pay by filling in the requested data. It is worth mentioning that payments will be made through the debit card of any bank.
- Automatic debit to bank account: to apply for automatic debit membership to the bank account in pesos, there are three alternatives:
1- Go to the bank and apply there to join the service.
2- Accession to automatic debit by phone, by contacting 0810-345-7274.
3- Do it directly from the Monotax Portal, entering with the tax key, in the “Payments” tab.
- Credit cards: you can pay by phone or sign up for automatic debit using the following numbers:
1- Argencard-Mastercard: (011) 4340-5665.
2- Cabal: (011) 4319-2550.
3- Visa: (011) 4378-4499.
If you use the Visa card, you can pay or subscribe to the automatic debit through the following website http://www.visa.com.ar/. If you wish to pay with Mastercard, you can access the following website: www.masterconsultas.com.
- Mercado Pago: you can pay from any electronic device that has the Mercado Pago app or through the official website of that platform.
- Electronic wallet: you can cancel your own obligations, not those of third parties. To use this payment method, you must enter the “System of Tax Accounts” service, “Transactions” option and select “AFIP Electronic Wallet”. Unfulfilled obligations will be grouped by fiscal period (capital+interest). Once the time has come to pay the current monthly obligations, if they have not expired, the tax period to be paid in a timely manner will also be shown.
How can payments be controlled
It is possible to verify whether the payments were recorded by AFIP, whether they were applied to the corresponding period and whether one has debts and balances in favor in the current account system of monotaxpayers and self-employed workers (CCMA). Through it, you can also view the capital, interest and print payment flyers.
