Gustavo Adolfo Infante assured that Ninel Conde has already sued Anabel Hernández

It was in 2021 that journalist Anabel Hernández published the book Emma and the Other Ladies of Narco, which revealed that various entertainment figures in Mexico allegedly had ties with organized crime leaders.

Its pages include actresses, actors, hosts, singers, models and comedians. Galilea Montijo, Sergio Mayer, Andrés Garcia, Sergio Verdusco, better known as Platanito, Charly García and Ninel Conde, are some of the celebrities who, according to the book, would have met with senior cartel kingpins in Mexico. The latter, according to Anabel Hernandez, would be involved in a triangulation of money laundering.

Given this, during the broadcast on March 18 of this year, on the program De Primera Mano, the entertainment journalist Gustavo Adolfo Infante assured that El Bombón Asesino denounced the author of the book.

At the beginning of the broadcast, Infante said: “I am ready to tell you that Ninel Conde does sue the author of the book Emma and the other ladies of the drug dealer; he did denounce her.”

It is worth mentioning that at the end of last year, on the same program, the singer and actress mentioned: “It's totally false, there would be nowhere to start with this novel. Of so much, nor where to begin to deny. My lawyers have asked me not to comment on it, rather than to report that it is in the hands of my legal team in both Mexico and the United States.”

“It is going to be clarified where it needs to be clarified, because it is a rather delicate issue. I will continue to work as I have always done and my lawyers will take care of the rest,” added Ninel Conde.

Another of the most affected was Galilea Montijo. The current driver of Hoy was linked to drug trafficker Arturo Beltrán Leyva, known as El Barbas.

Like The Killer Bonbon, Galilee said herself ready if she takes legal action against the famous writer. He also pointed out that it not only affects his personal image, but also the program and company where he currently works and, also, his family.

For his part, Platanito, openly acknowledged that he did have a relationship with some capos, as was pointed out in Emma and the other ladies of the narco. The clown commented for the newspaper Publimetro that he did attend a party of Edgar Valdez Villareal “La Barbie”.

Verduzco stressed that comedians like him agree to go where they are hired. Unlike Ninel and Galilea, Platanito will not take any action against the controversial publication. He even sarcastically thanked him for being mentioned.

Meanwhile, Charly López, former member of the group Garibaldi. Like Platanito, the singer did not deny his link to La Barbie. In addition to having enlivened a meeting of the drug lord, Lopez stated in Firsthand that she knew him personally and defined him as a charming person.

According to former Garibaldi, he saw La Barbie repeatedly in clubs and restaurants. Charly commented that the drug dealer said he was an entrepreneur and did not question his word.

Emma and the other narco ladies stormed Mexico's show business by storm by uncovering alleged celebrity ties with various criminal records. Over the years, Anabel Hernández has established herself as one of the most recognized journalists in Mexico. Titles such as The Lords of Narco, The Traitor and The True Night of Iguala support her work as a researcher.
