Jorge Luis Castillo Carballo is a 25-year-old athletic marchista who entered the competition representing Tolima Grande, after the first tests he became a member of the Beta team (blue). Throughout the first 8 episodes of the Challenge The Box 2 has become a challenger of 'loves and hates' for both viewers and their own teammates.

His “childish” attitude, according to his teammates, has made them consider him weak for competitions, since in the first cycle the team was only eating cereal and Carballo was complaining about the lack of food and sleep, things that for others are something that must be assumed by being in the game.

However, Beta had a good start to the second cycle, winning the Judgment and Hunger Challenge, this calmed the spirits inside the house and, before the second test, there was a gesture of reconciliation. Before leaving the house, Moses and Ceta asked Carballo for his words for forgiveness.

“We need to strengthen the team more and I, for example, want to take the initiative of asking Carballo for forgiveness if I have really offended him at any time... it was never for setting it up, I want to know if he can give me a hug enough to apologize to you,” Moisés said. To which the marchista responded positively and they embraced.

Then it was the turn of Ceta, the captain of the team and with whom Carballo had the most clashes, “I also want to apologize for if he felt attacked or I made him feel inferior, not that I know that. One as captain makes certain decisions, but we all have the capabilities and we go to the tests according to them.” All this happened in the midst of the applause of the other comrades.

The reconciliation act worked for the team since they won the Sentencing and Services Challenge, a test in the Blue Box in which, in addition, one of its outstanding participants was the Tolimense.

It should be noted that, previously, there had been two conflicts in the Challenge, and both were related to the same participant: Carballo. The first problem related to Carballo is his annoyance at not being chosen by Valkyria to be a member of the Alpha (purple) team, considering that they both know each other because they represented the same region. In this regard, the captain of the purple team noticed Carballo's bad attitude at the welcome party “I went to greet him, because we know each other, with the others from Tolima Grande well, but he didn't. I thought we were adults and we understood that this is a competition. The grudge was noticed from one,” Valkyria told his colleagues at Alpha.

This topic was also discussed at the Beta house, since Carballo asked Lina, another representative of Tolima who was left on her team, how she would feel if her regional partner had rejected her when forming her team. The athlete confessed to her that “if we ever talk about how, Carballo sort of had no empathy with the rest and made comments out of place... she said that in the coexistence of a sudden we weren't doing so well with Carballo”.

Indeed, the other problem arises within the Beta team, since the members already find differences with the athlete's attitude and point out that he “looks like a boy”. The discussion between the members of the blue team took place just before the first Judgment and Hunger Challenge, when Carballo was upset that he had not slept well.

“I'm angry... I don't want to talk to anyone because I didn't sleep well,” said the young competitor in the kitchen to his other colleagues. Valentina refuted him, “Why did we come here? ... you're pouting, we don't know whether to talk to you or not, it scares me already”, and his other colleagues told him that he shouldn't have gotten a bad temper with them because it's nobody's fault he couldn't fall asleep.
