Nelson Toledo, brother of former federal deputy and former head of delegation of Coyoacán Mauricio Toledo, was linked to the trial accused of his alleged involvement in the crime of illicit enrichment. The defendant increased his estate without being able to justify it while serving as a public servant between 2013 and 2018.

The supervising judge held him a precautionary measure of justified preventive detention in the North Men's Preventive Prison and set a period of four months for the further investigation. “The FGJCDMX reiterates its commitment against corruption and impunity, so it will be relentless to seek sanctions against those or those servants or former public servants who have engaged in any unlawful conduct,” clarified the Office of the Prosecutor.
