From climbing a mountain, a wooded place or even a beach site, hundreds of people are waiting for the ideal opportunity to pack their bags and get to know some of these places in Mexico, such as several magical towns of sand and sun, that you can visit during this bridge from 19 to 21 March, during the Easter holiday period or whenever you prefer.
In that sense, we will give some examples of beautiful places in the country, and an approximate amount of what you could spend to visit them if you live in the Valley of Mexico.
Mazunte, Oaxaca
A dream area to enjoy is the Magic Town of Mazunte, located 1:15 from Puerto Escondido, in the state of Oaxaca and you can travel by air, with an approximate arrival time of at least 1:20 minutes, or by land, a trip of up to 6 hours to Oaxaca and 6 more hours to the magical town.
It is an ideal place for both adventurers and those who want to have a good time. According to the Ministry of Tourism (Sectur), this destination is one of the most attractive for walkers who want to surf.
It has incredible crystal clear waters and is popular for caring for hundreds of turtles. Mazunte is an ecological center, which has several fields to preserve sea turtles such as golfina, prieta, lute and hawksbill. You will also be able to reach the aquarium of the Mexican Turtle Center with the aim of becoming more involved in preservation.
One of its most beautiful places is Punta Cometa, whose magnificent sunrises and sunsets frame the ancient ceremonies that residents and visitors recreate every day. Some of the attractions of this charming town are Mermejita beach; Rinconcito beach; San Agustinillo beach; Puerto Angel and Punta Cometa. Walkers may pay to dive in one of the permitted areas or go snorkeling.
What are the costs of the transfer?
*Airway. The price of the flight to this destination ranges from almost 1,500 pesos to 1,700 pesos per person, as it will depend on the company where you decide to buy your air ticket.
*Bus.- From the TAPO terminal you can take the bus to Oaxaca, where the approximate cost will be up to 500 pesos. Once there, you will have to board another combi to Mazunte with an approximate price of 200 pesos and an estimated time of another 6 hours.
*Another option is to take a direct bus from TAPO to Puerto Escondido, where the cheapest bus ranges from 1,200 to 1,500 pesos. The tour time is up to 16 hours.
In Mazunte you will also have the opportunity to choose your accommodation. In this case, costs range from 400 pesos in a house, to hotels ranging from 300 pesos with basic services to luxury services, to pay up to more than 2 thousand pesos.
Sayulita
This is another attractive beach area located in the south of the state of Nayarit. He was added to the Magic Towns program in 2015. It is popular for its beautiful white sand beaches and the grandeur of its waves, making it an ideal place for international surfing competitions.
Also considered a small paradise for the beauty of the sea, it is located in the Banderas Bay region and adjoins the east with the entity of Jalisco.
Among the main attractions of this town is: the cycling route of the
mountain; the Sayulita pantheon; some other nearby beaches such as: Los Muertos, Kestos and Patzcuarito.
What are the costs of the transfer?
*By aircraft.- The interested party will have to buy a ticket to Tepic. Prices range from 1,500 pesos to more than 2,000 pesos, depending on which company you want to hire for your trip and then take a bus. The total arrival time is approximately 5 hours.
*By Bus.- In this case tourists will pay up to 1,300 pesos per person. The tour is at least 13 hours.
*By Auto.- Those adventurers who prefer a trip of more than 10 hours with their own vehicle, should consider paying for booths and gasoline, which will be approximately 2 thousand pesos.
Accommodation at this beach site ranges from 700 pesos to more than a thousand pesos, according to some local tourist sites.
