The main European stock markets remained almost stable on Friday, after a week of great volatility due to the war in Ukraine.

On the London stock exchange, the FTSE 100 index rose by just 0.3%, while in Frankfurt, the DAX index gained 0.2%.

The CAC40 in Paris increased by 0.1%, the FTSE MIB in Milan by 0.4% and the IBEX35 in Madrid by 0.07%.

After trading negatively most of the day, European stock markets closed slightly higher, ignoring the monetary tightening of the world's various central banks, high inflation and rising commodity prices.
