Ivonne Montero's ex-boyfriends who were marked by tragedy

The Mexican performer and actress, Ivonne Montero, who has been characterized as one of the most multifaceted celebrities of the show on and off the stage, has managed to reap an already long career with more than 20 years on the small screens.

However, not everything has been honey on flakes; outside the public scene, the actress who gave life to Ángeles Fernández in La Loba, has had the terrible coincidence that her ex-partners have been marked by tragedy, either by a sudden death or by being linked to violence.

This is the most recent case of Mexican history, Pascacio López, who was arrested on March 16, 2022 in Mexico City for allegedly sexually abusing his production partner in Neighbourhood War, Sarah Nichols.

Pascacio López was made available to the authorities on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 16, and if sufficient elements were found, he could be linked to trial and imprisoned in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

It should be noted that the interpreter who played Consuelo “Connie” Limón in the series El señor de los cielos, had already had the opportunity to explain the decisions and attitudes that gave way to end her relationship with the Mexican histrion, linked to the legal process for alleged sexual abuse.

“I put that out at some point, I did feel violated, on different occasions it was also talked about, at the time I told him 'if you want this to work we have to either ask for help or do something', and he very consciously told me 'yes, we're going to fix it, you're right, forgive me'”, argued Ivonne for the program Sale the sun.

Montero also told Ventaneando that “Indeed, there were details that cannot be ignored and that were discussed at the time and happened again and the matter was becoming more delicate. Pascacio is a great person, but he has that little detail that he hasn't been able to fix. He is jealous and he became violent with me,” he delved.

Another of the most controversial situations that have marked the life of the 47-year-old Mexican actress was when on August 15, 2018, unfortunately, she had to live the mourning for the murder of her ex-partner and father of her daughter, Fabio Melanitto.

On that occasion, the actress recalled that she learned of the death of her ex-spouse born in Venezuela through a phone call when she was reading a character. Later, he gave a press conference where he told how he lived the event and detailed his sadness at the death of Antonella Melanitto's father.

“It was very sad for me to hear that he had passed away, many happy moments came to mind and it was not easy to digest that bitter drink, so it was inevitable for me to shed some tears,” he said at a press conference recovered by Sale El Sol.

Later, he explained that even though he was never interested in Antonella, she still tried to make him present in her daughter's life: “On my part there was no hope that he would establish a relationship with our daughter, because on several occasions I sought him and rejected me, but I did hope that he would grow up and come to his senses, and know that I did need to be present in Antonella's life,” he explained at that press conference in 2018.

Finally, the singer, in an interview with TVyNovelas magazine 12 years ago, had already explained how complex it was to establish an emotional relationship with her and that she has not had the right luck on the subject of love.

“I am very much in love and I like to take care of the person I love, but that's bad because, when you feel safe, they start treating you badly. The man who conquers me must be very sure of himself,” he told TVyNovelas.
