The woman also indicated that in December 2021 she submitted the termination of the contract for breach, “they sent me a contract with clauses that, on the recommendation of my lawyer, I did not sign. I've had meetings with the construction company, they say they don't have cash flow. They offer us 1 million per return.”

From this same modus operandi, Diana Herrera, denounced the project Oviedo, Residential Park in Armenia, “in order to sustain their legality, they sent us several documents, they told us that they had trusts, so we signed with them (...) after a couple of months, seeing actions that did not seem very reliable to us, we wanted give up and don't answer us, so we put up a guardianship. They finally respond, but they say they are going to make the payments six months later.”

For his part, the legal representative of the construction company GEO Casa Maestra, Juan Carlos Castro, responded to the complainants and assured that the money will be returned to all people.

He also specified that he has had construction in Peru and Colombia “to this day we are still building houses and we are building 200 homes.”

He added that, “it is a real estate project you have to buy the lot and it is an investment of billions. You have to invest, then you have to do the design study and then you go to sales.”
