On February 14, Rolando Omar Villafañe, a textile businessman, was killed at close range inside his factory in the Buenos Aires town of Caseros by a group of four criminals who wanted to rob him. After the incident, the Buenos Aires Police captured two minors who had participated in the crime. However, it remained to catch two of his accomplices. This morning, personnel from the February 3rd Police Station arrested the third suspect: Sebastián Alejandro Quiñónez, 18, alias “El Feo”. He didn't give up that easy. Quiñonez, who posed with firearms and banknotes on Instagram, fought and twisted while they were carrying him.

Quiñónez was caught in the Carlos Gardel Complex, in El Palomar. To find “El Feo”, the detectives carried out covert surveillance tasks in the area and searched their social networks. In addition to finding Quiñónez, the agents went after the last fugitive from the case who was also in the same place.

However, the latter managed to escape. According to police sources to Infobae, it was “thanks to the local residents” that they backed him up and stopped the troops while they were after him and the other young man tried to escape.

“The Ugly”, for his part, didn't hide too much. On his Instagram profile, the 18-year-old was shown with guns and banknotes. The photos showing his lifestyle were somewhat striking: he pointed it over his head and left a message below, in general, towards someone close to the inner circle: “I appreciate you a little brother band. You know that always with you, thief”, reads in an image. On the other hand, he wears a Velez Sarsfield club shirt and is seen with a wad of US dollars over his ear and recreating that he is holding a cell phone.

Thus, “El Feo” fell into custody. The man arrived at the Caseros police station held by the neck by two officers and his pants dropped. Later, he was placed in a cell waiting for the prosecutor in the case, Gabriela Disnan, in charge of UFI No. 5 of San Martín, to take an investigatory statement about the brutal crime in which he is believed to have participated. “El Feo” is charged with the crime of aggravated homicide by the use of firearm criminis causa, that is, killing to conceal another crime, which provides for a sentence to life imprisonment.

The crime occurred after midnight on February 14 in Rolando's cotton farm, located at Ángel Pini 5445. The victim had gone, as always, to advance the working day: he did it every day from 0.30 am to 4 am. That morning, he had just arrived when the criminals surprised him and shot him. Investigators believe the victim resisted with a gun that was found in his car.

The factory owner had been shot in the abdomen and was lying next to his Ford Ranger van.

“We heard detonations, type 3 or 4 shots, and a plow of a car that ran away. I went to help 'Roli' and saw him standing on the floor, next to his truck. He was getting covered in his stomach, which was where he had been hit,” said one of the neighbors who had helped the businessman, and told what Villafañe told him: “Help me, it hurts a lot. Please see that I close the gate.”

Precisely, it was the neighbors who notified 911, so agents of the 1st Police Station in Caseros moved to the place. There was also Villafañe's son-in-law, who, as he later declared, had received a call in which his father-in-law told him that “one came and threw him without a word”. It was his relative who took the victim in his car to the Trinidad de Ramos Mejia clinic, where despite attempts to revive him, he died after a cardiorespiratory arrest.
