The 28th Judge of Knowledge of Bogotá set for Wednesday, April 27, the hearing in which it will be determined whether or not to preclude the investigation for alleged manipulation of witnesses against former President Álvaro Uribe Vélez.
The judge determined the date of the proceedings on which the request for the preclusion made by the Attorney General's Office in mid-2021 will be resolved, when she argued that there is no evidence against the former president.
