This Saturday and Sunday, from 12:00 to 24h, there will be a new edition of the festival dedicated to grills, roasts and meats in all their forms. The first edition of the year of the gastronomic fair “CARNE!” , at the Palermo Racecourse. Admission will be free and free, with access through Avenida del Libertador and Dorrego.
Roasted meats and their different cooking methods will be the stars of this festival dedicated to the greatest icon of our culinary identity. Those who come to the Palermo Racecourse this Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th March, from 12:00 to 24h, to enjoy this new edition of the Carne! will be able to tour and choose between 30 stands and food trucks that will offer meats in all its varieties.
Dedicated especially to fans of barbecue and grills, they will be able to savor some of the options that will be found in these magnificent facilities, ranging from creole steakhouse, kamados, stokers, smokers, beef, pork, lamb, achuras, chorizo; to vegan alternatives. In addition, there will be empanadas, picadas, meat-based dishes, disco cooking, wines, beers by the hand of Rabieta, ice cream and traditional desserts.
It should be mentioned that Meat! took place at the Palermo Racecourse twice previously, with the attendance of more than 40,000 people. The most recent one that could be enjoyed successfully was in October 2021.
Meat! is supported by BA Capital Gastronomic, a government program that seeks to position the City of Buenos Aires as the gastronomic capital of Latin America. Its objective is to promote economic activity through Buenos Aires gastronomic development, from the generation of employment and the promotion of sustainable food policies.
