Women politicians speak out on the adoption of the law on the unborn child

The proposal was approved with 77 votes in favour, 7 against and 20 abstentions, and several women parliamentarians and politicians voted on this measure.

During yesterday's session, the plenary session of the Congress approved the 1992 motion for the agenda, which proposes that the Congress of the Republic declare of national importance and interest the commemoration of the Day of the Unborn Child. The proposal was adopted with 77 votes in favour, 7 against and 20 abstentions.

On the other hand, the one who proposed this motion was the parliamentarian for Popular Renewal, Alejandro Muñante, who was proud of this measure approved through his social networks .

The Day of the Unborn Child is celebrated internationally every March 25 to commemorate, promote and defend human life from the time it was conceived in the mother's womb until natural death.

Faced with this measure, various Peruvian policies spoke out, some in favor and others against.
