- Water - 4 (cups)

- Shelled corn - 1 (unit)

- Peas - 1/2 (cup)

- Green bean - 1/2 (cup)

- Washed rice - 3 and a half cups

- Cabbage - To taste

- diced red pepper - 1 (unit)

- Banana stick - 2 (units)

- Butter - 1 (tablespoonful)

- Creole sarza - To taste

PREPARATION

Beef skirts cut into strips and cubes. In a pot add vegetable oil or lard to add the meat and brown something over a fire for 2 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste to reserve. Then add finely chopped red onion and fry for 10 minutes. Minced garlic with yellow chili paste and fry for 5 minutes. 3 tablespoons of mirasol pepper paste, 1 tablespoonful achiote powder to fry for 10 minutes. Add a blonde beer in half a cup to reincorporate the sealed meat.

Then add 4 cups of water, salt to taste and integrate it. Cover and cook 1 hour over low heat to add a unit of corn divided into pieces together with half a cup of peas and green beans. Again, go out to taste and with 3 and a half cups of washed rice for integration.
