Miss Peru La Pre: Who are the juries that chose Kyara Villanella, Gaela Barraza and Alondra Huarac as winners?

The grand final of Miss Peru La Pre was involved in controversy due to the winners of the pageant, who were three of them daughters of public figures. Kyara Villanella, daughter of Keiko Fujimori; Gaela Barraza, daughter of 'Tomate' Barraza; and Alondra Huarac, daughter of Nilver Huarac, share the crown with Mia Loveday, the only one who has been spared criticism.

In the midst of accusations of fraud and preferences in favor of teenage girls with famous parents, Marina Mora and Viviana Rivasplata, former beauty queens, asked Jessica Newton to make public the final score of the winners. This is in order to show transparency and thus avoid further criticism of minors.

The organizer of Miss Peru has not spoken about it and has only asked for more respect for the winners. Apparently, Newton has no intention of showing the final votes. However, what can be known are the members of the jury of the grand final and what they qualified to give the crown to Kyara, Gaela, Alondra and Mia.

The former beauty queen was one of four members of the jury of the contest's grand final. In addition to looking for a physically beautiful teenager, I also wanted a young girl who is committed to proudly wearing the crown of Miss Peru La Pre in international competitions.

“We have to look for a woman who is responsible enough, who understands that once she wins she is carrying all the dreams of her other companions. Not just the international competition, but the platform. We have been fortunate to have all our queens crowned internationally and they have done a magnificent job,” said Jessica Newton.

DOCTOR POLO

He is the official dentist of the entire Miss Peru platform. According to information from the dental clinic he leads, he holds the title of dental surgeon with international certificate in smile design. In the contest, Dr. Polo not only noticed the teeth of the contestants, but also the maturity of their answers in the final interview.

“I am surprised because they have an adult mentality for their age. The 10 girls love how they function and the intelligence with which they respond. Let's look deeper,” he said.

MONICA CHACON

She is a former model and Miss Peru 1997. It has a center focused on preparing future models and misses, called the Monica Chacon Model School, where Kyara Villanella has been preparing to participate in the Miss Peru La Pre since January of this year.

In this case, Monica assured that the 10 finalists had enough beauty and intelligence to be a future miss. However, she as a jury was looking for a teenager with a plus that would make her special.

“We have to see how I swear the most complete girl because they are all beautiful and intelligent. We have to look deeper, we have to know them a little more to define the winners,” he said.

Jessica Newton indicated that a representative of Cosas magazine, the official media that broadcast the final stage of Miss Peru La Pre, had the difficult task of evaluating the performance of the 10 finalists. “We want to see a different point of view,” said the former beauty queen.

According to the magazine's spokesman, he not only took into account the beauty and intelligence of the candidates, but also their knowledge of the main social problems that plague the country and the world.

“I love seeing girls so young talking about social issues. Especially since they can become references for boys their age,” he said.
