A blockbuster, Spider-Man: No Way Home has accumulated just over $1.87 billion worldwide. Thanks to this figure, the film produced by Marvel Studios in collaboration with Sony Pictures is ranked sixth among the highest grossing films in history, a place that could be improved if it had not been banned from being released in China.
Due to the stir, various followers of Marvel's arachnid took advantage of the highlight of the film directed by Jon Watts to view it for more than one occasion, such was the case of the young Mexican-American, Ramiro Agustín Alanis, who attended 292 performances, not only for the love of cinema, but also to break the world record for watching the same movie in the cinema.
It was through social networks that the young fan of the Tigres of the National Autonomous University of Nuevo León (UANL), shared a small video clip with a duration of just over 40 seconds, where he compiled the dates when he gathered to see the film starring Tom Holland and which brings together previous generations of Spider-Man with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.
The reason why he decided to watch the last Spider-Man film so many times, which closes the first trilogy starring Holland, was because at the end of 2021, the young Frenchman, Arnaud Klein, surpassed his record with 204 sessions with the film Kaamelott - Premier volet and which was officially approved by Guinness World Records.
The first time that young Ramiro Alanis broke a Guinness World Records was in mid-2019 when he watched Avengers End Game, as he shared it through social networks. The young man showed the recognition granted and some photographs with part of the cast, such as Josh Brolin (Thanos), Jeremy Renner ( Clint Barton/Hawkeye), Zoe Saldana (Gamora), Chris Evans (Steve Rogers/Captain America) and Don Cheadle (James Rhodes/War Machine).
In that year, Alanis surpassed the mark of youtuber NeMRaps, who saw more times in the Avengers: Infinity War cinema in 2018. On this occasion, and for reasons of time, the young man will have to wait a little longer for his new 292-session brand to be accepted, since the film no longer needs to be shown in theaters for it to be officially recognized.
Despite having just over three months of release, the film is still a success at the box office and recently released its digital version through some streaming platforms. It was at the end of February that Marvel and Sony launched the official promotion of the digital version with an unusual shape and which excited the fans of the arachnid created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.
In the image released on all official platforms of the arachnid it was possible to see Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield recreate an image that has become a favorite meme for all Internet users.
The image served as an intermediary when it came to announcing that they would release the digital version of the film that brings together three generations of arachnids: “Of course, we have the meme. #SpiderManNoWayHome returns home digitally on March 22 and 4K UHD and blu-ray on April 12,” can be read on Spider-Man's Twitter account.
It should be noted that this digital version, which was scheduled for the end of February, was discarded a few days before the launch because the 4K version was leaked on social networks and its final release was on March 15.
