Marcelo Tinelli disputed the list of presidents of the professional league and condemned irregularities against the Justice Department.

Among the arguments presented by Tinelli's space are irregularities that include the mandate of Malaspina and the Board of Directors until 2023, the absence of management in the parliamentary agenda item, Hernán Arboleya (the second substitute member of Lanús), and the lack of some requirements of other candidates for the position and issue of the previous Super League.

Malaspina, an authority in Argentinos Juniors and listed as the first vice president of Tinelli's management team, announced Hector Maldonado (independent), José Alonso (Colon), and David Garzon (Huracán) as Vice President and placed the aforementioned Arboleya in the role of secretary.
