INGREDIENTS:
- 600 grams of fish.
- 2 cloves garlic.
- 2 units fresh tomato.
- 2 teaspoons yellow pepper paste.
- 1 tablespoonful chopped cilantro.
- 1 unit cooked yucca.
- 2 small sheets of kion or ginger.
- 1 ounce of dry white wine.
- 1/2 unit yellow pepper.
- 1 unit red onion.
- 2 cups cooked white rice.
PREPARATION:
Have all the ingredients on hand well washed, in the case of vegetables they must be peeled.
In the case of fish, wash it completely.
1. Grab the fish and season it completely. Then book.
2. In a pan or saucepan start to make the dressing with garlic, tomato, yellow pepper paste. This mixture should be cooked for about 10 minutes over low heat. Then add sheets of ginger and a splash of white wine. Let her keep cooking.
3. The alcohol in the wine will begin to evaporate, when this happens it will be time to add 1/2 unit of yellow pepper cut into julienne (in thin strips) and 1 onion in slices. Put it to cover with water and then place the fish on top, very carefully cover with the dressing. When it is covered add 1 tablespoonful of chopped cilantro. Then cover and cook until the fish is completely tender.

YUCA COCIDA
Ingredients
- 1 kg of yucca
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Peel the yucca. Keep in mind that this tuber has two layers that you need to peel. The first is the brown shell and the second is a medium pink white layer that will peel off as you peel. The pulp of the yucca is creamy white.
2. You must cut the peeled yucca into long pieces and put them in a pot. Add water until it completely covers the yuda and also salt.
3. Cook for about 15 minutes. The time may vary according to the thickness of the pot and the density of the fire. You will be guided by chopping the yucca with a fork, if it enters without problems, it is because it is already fully cooked.
4. When it's cooked, turn off the stove, wait for it to cool down a little and set aside the yuccas aside and that's it.
