The recipe of the day. We don't always need a large number of ingredients to prepare something delicious. One of the examples of this is the chicken salmon, one of the easy and quick meals to prepare, especially if you have little time to spend in the kitchen.

It is usually presented as an entrée for lunch, although depending on its generous portion, it can be taken as a main dish, especially for all the elements that make it up.

Although the recipe marks some vegetables, you can modify it by adding the ones you like the most to give it a totally different flavor that will make your palate fussy. Its final presentation can be enjoyed at the moment when it is still warm or cold, in any way, its composition is not altered and it maintains the flavors.

RECETA SALPICÓN DE POLLO

INGREDIENTS

1 cooked and frayed chicken breast

100 grams of alverja

1 teaspoon pepper

2 medium white potatoes cut into small squares

100 grams of broccoli

PREPARATION

- Wash the shelled corn and put it to parcoche in a pot of water for about 6 minutes.

- We continue to repeat the first step, but with the broccoli. Cook in a pot of water and a little salt for about 4 minutes over high heat. When it is ready, we put it in a bowl of cold water to cut cooking. We booked.

- In a large enough bowl we are going to place all the ingredients already cooked: the bean, the peas, the carrot, the corn, add the lemon, pepper and mix. The last step is to add the potato, the frayed chicken and the mayonnaise. We test and correct the seasoning if necessary.
