DIM, first Colombian club to qualify for the group stage of the 2022 Copa Sudamericana

The qualifying phase of the 2022 Copa Conmebol Sudamericana for Colombia continued on the night of this Wednesday, March 16, with the confrontation between America de Cali and Deportivo Independiente Medellín (DIM).

The match between the scarlet squad and the Poderoso de la Montaña sealed the series in the key back in Cali to define the first Colombian club in the group stage of the continental tournament organized by Conmebol.

200, 000 dollars will receive Independiente Medellin for its qualification to the group stage of the South American Conmebol after eliminating America from Cali with a 3-3 draw and 1-3 victory in the shoot-out from the penalty spot.
