The Attorney General's Office announced this Thursday that one of those involved in the terrorist attack that occurred on January 17, 2019 at the Santander Cadet School was convicted.
The man identified as Ricardo Andrés Carvajal Salgar (Ricardo Andrés Carvajal Salgar) was convicted of an aggravated terrorist crime, an aggravated murder, and a murder crime of an aggravated degree of attempt. Manufacture of firearms for the exclusive use of the military, trafficking and carrying them, damage to property deteriorated by others.
A professional criminal judge in Bogotá convicted Carvajal Salgar after the Attorney General's Office revealed that the van used to carry out the terrorist attack at the Santander Cadet School had paid for the rental of the warehouse where it was held.
