Controversy: A Santa Fe police officer joined a law firm to arrest a suspect and was arrested.

A strange police incident occurred in Cañada de Gómez, the city of Santa Fe. Radio Command non-commissioned officer Luis Alberto País was arrested last week on suspicion of entering a law firm to find suspects. The episode provoked protests This Thursday, about 300 people were mobilized at the police headquarters of Local Unit X and then mobilized at the prosecutor's office, where the prosecutor of Santiago Tosco accused him of charges against a man in uniform.

A police officer was charged with two acts by Tosco prosecutors last Saturday for crimes of domestic rape, abuse of authority and simple threats. In addition, trial judge Carlos Pareto granted 40 days, but the authorities requested 60 days of effective pre-trial detention.

Officially, the prosecution did not reveal the context in which the persecution began and finally ended within the law firm. The members of the law firm and the suspect at this hearing were recognized as plaintiffs. And in these figures, they asked to expand the accusations of aggravated threat caused by the use of firearms and serious injuries against Cabrera, something that had not happened at the moment.

Two videos showed the status of a virus. Initially, inside the law firm, the fact that a policeman was at the scene without permission was filmed. For the second time, one of the lawyers, Luis Rossini, tells a non-commissioned officer that he dropped a weapon of justice on the door of the place and indicates that he is in a state of nerves. He was rejected by a uniformed radio command officer.

Nair Moreno, a personal police defender, told a hearing that no special permission was required for police to enter the Rossini law firm in order to stop ongoing crimes.

After the prosecution and detention of a non-commissioned officer, about 300 neighbors demanded the freedom of Pais during a mobilization organized this Thursday. It was first opened at the gates of Regional Unit X, then in front of the prosecutor. Even the former Minister of Security Maximiliano Pullaro published his Twitter account support for police money and wrote: “Imprisonment of the police, release the offenders.”

Mayor Cañada de Gómez Stella Clerici said Thursday on Radio 2 that he had sent a statement today to the Santiago Tosco prosecutor's office demanding the suspension of pre-trial detention. I have a meeting every day because I ask the police to do something. Now they are doing it and preventing it. If prosecutors and judges are tough, it's hard for criminals,” he said.
