This Tuesday afternoon, around 18.30, a man dressed in a blue suit, cloth shoes and a white shirt, entered through the door of the headquarters of the Railway Division of the Roca Train of the Argentine Federal Police, in 1900 on Salta Street, in the center of the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Constitución, and of the troops To declare himself. He said that his name, Ricardo Fabian Ciniscalchi, appeared as federal prosecutor of the Complex Crimes Unit - which does not exist in federal jurisdiction, but provided documents to prove it - and asked to meet the new head of the agency.

But the situation became rare very quickly: the alleged prosecutor, who assured that he was armed, began to give orders to all police personnel and threatened the PFA headquarters, through a judicial order, to request disciplinary action against them, if they Ignored his instructions.

A simple check-up proved that not everything they said was true.

Now, Siniscalchi is in custody, charged in a criminal case for crimes of usurpation of titles and falsification of public documents. This merit was then added to the illegal carrying of firearms: after arresting him, the police raided his home in the Buenos Aires city of Bainfield, where they found a creepy arsenal.

Siniscalchi - who is a few days away from his 57th birthday and has been an employee of the Buenos Aires city government since 2007, according to his pension records - was deliberately exposed.

During his visit to the police unit of the Capitol Federal, he did not have staging and his presentation as a prosecutor, there were discrepancies and statements that were very easy to prove in his account. He claimed to be the head of federal prosecutors of Morón and Comodoro Pai and assured that he was authorized to be armed for his post.

The soldiers immediately found that Siniscalchi not only played or did not play any role within the judiciary, but she was not a lawyer either, neither in the city nor in the province of Buenos Aires. They stopped him at that time.

At the request of Prosecutor Federico Almeida of the East Flagrance Unit of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the city of Buenos Aires, the Federal Police raided his home on 1200 Carlos Croce Street in Lomas de Zamora on Wednesday.

Inside the house they found a building behind the ground with an armored entrance and various safes built into the wall and floor inside a closet with double bottoms. His comrade told the soldiers that they were meant for storing weapons.

Indeed, he received a total of 21 weapons, including rifles, rifles and shotguns, machine guns and revolvers, without any documents, together with a huge amount of combat ammunition of various calibers.

He also had false credentials that recognized him as a “federal prosecutor” and as a lawyer for schools in the city and province of Buenos Aires and 44 apocryphal cards from ANMAC.

Siniscalchi must answer for all weapons and false documentation in a case of the Eastern Flagrance Unit of the Buenos Aires Public Prosecutor's Office and the Judicial Department of UFIJ No. 7 Criminal and Correctional of Lomas de Zamora.
