On March 15, complaints of workplace harassment against several women in Bogotá were reported on social networks and in the media. The security camera video recorded one of those moments in which José Ferni Milan (JM Salud y Belleza), owner of the company JM Salud y Belleza, verbally attacked his colleagues.

This audiovisual content has been shared on Instagram to see and hear the insults and attacks of the subject against women who work for the company.

“José Ferni Milan (JM Salud y Belleza Colombia), owner of JM Salud y Belleza Colombia, which directs the channels Tele Amiga, Redmas TV, Canal Uno and Cable Nauticias, show a clear violent behavior that inhumanly violates women's rights. Hired to work in the company; victories, abuse and vulnerabilities annoy them,” says the complaint posted on the network.

In the video mentioned above, there was evidence of the moment when a man was working with a woman and threatened to extend his working hours until late at night.

Likewise, at some point, the owner of JM Salud y Belleza can also be seen suddenly approaching one of the workers and verbally assaulting him.

Then it is seen when he grabs something that looks like a glass of water and throws it on the floor, causing fear among the workers, yells at the same woman who had previously assaulted her, and begins to clean up the mess with the objects thrown at her. At that moment, the woman gets up from her post and it is clear in the video that she is crying.

After a response to the public opinion on March 16, the businessman decided to reply through a statement, apologizing for what happened here and clarifying that the video is from 2020.

He also added: “With this document, I make a public apology and apologize to all of you, but above all, the influencer Karen Yesenia Poveda Poros, for all kinds of complaints that may be caused by my wrong actions”.

Fernie Millan said in a statement that he went to a psychologist in 2020 due to violence and was diagnosed with mental problems and, according to him, will explain the abuse caused by the work of women.

Finally, he made it clear that the company currently has 17 employees who thought they were “like family members” and offered to apologize as much as necessary, and that thanks to psychotherapy, their behavior has changed since then.
