On Tuesday, around 6:30 p.m., a man in a blue suit, dress shoes and a white shirt entered the door of the headquarters of the Rocca Railway Department of the Federal Police of Argentina on Salta Street in 1900. Announcing himself to the military near Buenos Aires in the Contitucion, he was the new leader of the Agency by providing documents to prove it, although his name, Ricardo Fabian Siniscal, appeared as a federal prosecutor in the complex criminal department that does not exist in federal jurisdiction.
However, the situation quickly became scarce. The prosecutor's office, convinced that he was armed, began to issue orders to all police personnel and threatened to request disciplinary action from the PFA headquarters if it was ignored by a court order according to the instructions.
With a simple evaluation, he proved that what he said was not true.
Currently, Siniscalchi is in custody and has been charged with criminal cases for extortion of property and forgery of public documents. This qualification was added to the illegal transportation of firearms. After the police arrested him, he raided his home in Banfield, the city of Buenos Aires, and found a powerful arsenal.
According to the pension records, Siniscalchi, who was only a few days from his 57th birthday and was an employee of the Municipal Government of Buenos Aires since 2007, was deliberately exposed.
During the visit to the Federal Capital Police Department, the preparation and presentation as a prosecutor was not maintained, there were inconsistencies and statements that were very easy to prove in his story. He claimed to be the head of the federal prosecutor of Morón and Comodoro Py and was convinced that he had the power to arm himself for his position.
The military immediately discovered that Siniscalchi not only did not belong to the judiciary or did not play any role in the judiciary, but he was not a lawyer in the city or province of Buenos Aires. That's when they stopped him.
At the request of the Prosecutor Federico Almeida of the East Flaggens unit of the Prosecutor's Office of the City of Buenos Aires, federal police raided a house on 1200 Carlos Croce Street in Lomas de Zamora on Wednesday.
Inside the house there is a building with various safes built into the walls and floors, and there is a second floor behind the floor, inside a closet with armored entrance doors. His partner said it was intended for storing weapons in the army.
In fact, they found a total of 21 weapons with a large number of war ammunition of various calibers without documents, including rifles, rifles and shotguns, machine guns and revolvers.
He also had fake credentials and 44 apocryphal AnMac cards that recognized him as a “federal prosecutor” as a school lawyer in the city and province of Buenos Aires.
Siniscalchi must answer for all weapons and false documents in the case of UFIJ No. 7 of the Criminal and Correctional Cases of the Eastern Perfume Department of the Prosecutor's Office of Buenos Aires and the Judiciary of Rome de Zamora.
