Matt is the name of a man who, in January of this year, decided to share a painful experience through his TikTok account (@mnv_ _13). Last September, he and his girlfriend got in the elevator of a building in New York on their way back from a party.

At that moment, Matt used his cell phone to call 911 to ask for help, but he did not get a favorable result because there was no signal.
