The conversation about the series occurred because the late singer's family talked about a project in which Pablo Montero starred a few months ago and featured performances by Angelica Aragon, Emilio Osorio and José Carlos Ruiz.

However, on Saturday, March 12, a federal source told El Universal that the second district judge on civil matters of the Third Circuit had banned Televisa from broadcasting this work due to a lawsuit filed by the Charro de Huentitán family.

At the beginning of February of this year, during the Ventaneando program, Pedro Sola announced that he had asked the lawyer Guillermo Pous for his support in directing the work of Juan Osorio with this work based on the singer's unapproved biography.

It should be noted that Olga Wornat's book was not well received by the Fernandez dynasty, since it deals with two very sensitive issues: the alleged kidnapping of Vicente Jr. in 1998 and the possible association with Gerardo's drug trafficking.
