In the Iztapalapa mayor's office they will give vouchers for people with social vulnerability in order to contribute to their food and to stimulate consumption in small businesses.
Through the social program called Emergency Social Income: Mercomuna Iztapalapa 2022, they indicated that the support will be 300 pesos, the beneficiaries will receive up to two vouchers between March and July with the aim of benefiting 200,000 households.
In this way they seek to guarantee their right to food and promote the local economy. They also emphasize that in recent years with “this tool of social intervention, local economic circuits were taken care of and the jobs of small and medium-sized enterprises were protected by introducing more than 100 million pesos to the local economy, to the benefit of more than 7,000 businesses in Iztapalapa”.
Requirements for obtaining support
* Living in Iztapalapa mayor's office.
* Be between 18 and 64 years of age.
* Priority will be given to people who have already been beneficiaries of the social program in 2021 as well as those who do not have any help for the same purposes and who are in situations of social backwardness, poverty and vulnerability.
* A valid official identification with a photograph, which can be the INE voter's credential, passport, professional ID or military card is last in the case of men.
* Proof of address that has not been issued for more than 3 months, among which they accept are the receipt of property tax, water, electricity, landline telephone, electricity, proof of residence that is issued by the mayor's office or the lease agreement.
* The registration form they will give at the time of registration.
How to obtain the Mercomuna 2022 vouchers?
* Through the social networks of the Iztapalapa mayor's office they will announce the call for the program and the guidelines, as well as on the official website http://www.iztapalapa.cdmx.gob.mx.
