The viewers of 'Masterchef Celebrity' already saw that the elimination challenge had Colombian coffee as its main ingredient, and while some were lucky enough to make sweet preparations with this element, others had the audacity to make salt preparations.

This was the case of Lady Noriega who, inspired by her husband, wanted to surprise the jurors with a pork osso buco with coffee. However, that cut played a trick on him.

The cooking of the protein did not correspond to an ossobuco, so the model and actress was eliminated from the competition, leaving all the participants surprised, since her departure was not expected. But as the popular adage proclaims, 'the show must go on', and that was what the celebrities who were left at stake did.

For the new challenge, which was rewarded with an immunity pin, the celebrities had to open the 'mystery box, and Chris Carpentier, from the lectern, uncovered the dish they were supposed to prepare: many, when they saw it, were surprised, because they did not know what it was, but later, the Chilean explained that it was a kulibiak salmon, or a ' Russian salmon pie '. For the challenge, participants had 60 minutes, and while some had no problem, others presented several difficulties.

Manuela Gómez and Christina Campuzano had problems in hardening the eggs that had to go inside the pie, to which Nicolás de Zubiría advised them on the process to cook them better. For his part, Jorge Raush passed by Estiwar G's post and pressed him with several questions about his dish, but the influencer did not let himself be carried away by intimidation, although the chef asked him a question regarding the puff pastry cover he should ask.

Finally, the 60 minutes of the challenge were fulfilled and the chefs gave him the opportunity to pass to the front only five contestants, with Corozo being the first of them.

The troubadour named his dish 'La piratiada' because of the imitation of the original Russian pie. The first to make the feedback was Carpentier, who said that the edges were raw because of the thickness, while Rausch questioned the lack of rice in the preparation.

Manuela received more applause from critics for her dish 'Pedrusky', which was inspired by her children who, she says, are lovers of salmon.

“It's regal!” said the bogotano chef in approval, also highlighting that the bottom of the preparation was at the exact point of cooking. Another one who was praised was 'Estiwar G', who incidentally confessed that the 'G' is by his surname, Gamboa, and dedicated the dish to his son.

Ramiro Meneses, faithful to his artistic life, prepared 'Somewhere in St. Petersburg', adding a touch of lavender to the pie. Nicolás congratulated him on the brightness of the puff pastry and Jorge Rausch also filled him with good comments.

'Chicho' Arias also received a similar verdict, thus demonstrating that the decision that the juries had to make was not easy; however, after analyzing for several seconds the performance of the five who came to the front, they decreed Manuela as the winner, and Claudia Bahamón took the opportunity to put the immunity pin on her apron, adding that she “is a good leader”.

Now, the team challenge awaits the celebrities, where Manuela will be a determining factor in the continuity of one of her teammates.
